Ruth is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CPHR) who holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology and a Professional Development Certificate from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science.
An insightful analyst in complex and ambiguous situations, Ruth works with organizations of every size to support business excellence. Her passion lies in process as she works with others to build their collective and personal capacities.
She served for 16 years as faculy member of the Royal Roads University Peace and Conflict Studies graduate program in Conflict Analysis and Management and a Professional Affiliate of the U of S Department of Psychology.
