Ruth Kinzel  |  Pierre Cadrin

Pierre Cadrin is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) who holds a B.Comm., B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Applied Social Psychology and a Professional Development Certificate from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science in Maine.

Pierre spent the initial years of his career in accounting and administration. After furthering his education, he moved into Organizational Development services. His background in business and social-psychology enables him to guide organizations as they seek a more effective business-people interface. He is particularly skilled at bringing clarity and building consensus in multi-party, often ambiguous environments.

Pierre has also served as a sessional lecturer in psychology and business at the University of Saskatchewan.

Pierre has more than 25 years experience in conflict management and resolution, team development, leadership development, performance management, program planning & evaluation, strategic planning and organizational/operational assessment.
