Company principals Ruth Kinzel and Pierre Cadrin offer a social science-based approach to organizational effectiveness, conflict and change management, human relations and leadership development. Since 1986, we have worked with clients in all sectors, sharing a wealth of knowledge and experience in consulting, social psychology, systems thinking and organizational change.

Ruth Kinzel, Ph.D., CPHR is an insightful analyst in complex and ambiguous situations. She works with organizations of every size to support business excellence. Her passion lies in process as she works with others to build their collective and personal capacities.

Pierre Cadrin, B.Comm., M.A. uses his experience in business and social-psychology to guide organizations as they seek a more effective business-people interface. He is particularly skilled at bringing clarity and building consensus in complex multi-party environments.
