Our Reputation  |  Our People  |  Our Community

Volunteer and Pro Bono work is a long standing and important part of the Kinzel Cadrin & Associates ethic. We're giving back to our communities because it is a core value and is in appreciation of the growth and development opportunities provided to us early in our careers.

Ruth Kinzel and Pierre Cadrin have long made our resources and expertise available to the wider community - both professionally and personally. Our volunteer and pro bono contributions include:

  • professional development sessions and seminars designed to help build capacity within the community and the HR profession,
  • community & profession-based volunteer work at local, provincial and national levels.
  • fees that can accommodate limited budgets in the not-for-profit and charitable sectors

Examples include:

  • Leadership Saskatoon (sponsor and resource people)
  • CPHR and its predecessors (volunteers as board/committee members, resource people)
    • Saskatchewan Council of Human Resource Associations
    • Saskatoon Human Resource Association
    • Saskatchewan Training and Development Association - Saskatoon Chapter.
  • Reproductive Health - local, provincial and national organizations
  • Parents' Child Development Cooperative
We take pride in our ability to meet the needs of people in the boardroom, on the shop floor; in small operation and large institutions
